On Friday, March 7, former Plainfield South High School standout Griffin Acevedo’s current college team, the North Park Vikings, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Marian Sabres.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Sabres this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:15 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Marian Sabres.
