Kendall County Board of Review met April 8.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on April 8, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Gary Popp, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk. Pam Gegenheimer was absent.

Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

No public comments.

Motion to approve minutes from March 19, 2024, by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

Signed Certificates of Error.

Received an application for Total Exempt status from Kendall County. Motion to forward to the Department of Review by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

Reviewed the postage meter report. Mailed 3 pieces at a cost of $16.60.

Reviewed the budget report. Have used 20.9% of the budget.

Next meeting scheduled are for April 22, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
