Chairman Wormley called the meeting to order at 4:56 pm in the Kendall County Historic Court House – Third Floor Courtroom.

Executive Advisor Guritz presented the District’s preliminary financial statements through March 31, 2025.

A. Ohio Valley Acquisition LLC – TC Energy Proposed Easements – Review and Discussion of Proposed Terms and Conditions
Finance Committee reviewed the proposed terms and conditions.
B. IDNR-OSLAD Amendment Grant Agreement #OS 23-2290-Term Change Extension to October 31, 2025
Finance Committee provided direction to request a grant extension of the IDNR-OSLAD grant.
C. Wesley Hughes Estate – Correspondence and Timeframe for Disbursement of Contributions
Executive Advisor Guritz provided updates on the correspondence received from the Wesley Hughes Estate.
