Newark Community High School standout Kodi Rizzo’s collegiate team loses game in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship on Friday, May 23

On Friday, May 23, former Newark Community High School standout Kodi Rizzo’s current collegiate team the UW – Stevens Point Pointers lost 1-3 against the Trine Thunder in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at SportONE – Parkview Softball Field at 1 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Trine Thunder in the tournament.

The UW – Stevens Point Pointers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 1 p.m. at SportONE – Parkview Softball Field.
