Oswego home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Oswego rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Oswego in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Oswego for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $7,365, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
