On Oct. 26, Balaji Bodicheria and Lakshmi Sowjanya Gopavaram sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 707 Mansfield Court, Oswego to Sherry Theos for $450,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,956.68, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $419,500 on Nov. 28, 2005.

So far in October 2021, 55 properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lakshmi S Gopavaram has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 707 Mansfield Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Balaji Bodicherla, 49, and Lakshmi S Gopavaram, 43.
