On Oct. 29, Marcia Rousonelos (trustee) and Marcia Rousonelos Dated June 1 2021 (revocable trust) sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 13966 Ridge Road, Minooka to Michael J. and Jamie N. Stevenson for $480,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,856.26, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Minooka in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marcia Rousonelos has been registered to vote since 1974 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 13966 Ridge Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marcia Rousonelos, 65, and Marsha L. Coley, 67.
