On Jan. 25, Michael D. and Laurie R. Allen purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 619 Roosevelt Drive, Oswego from Dale G Allen Jr. and Jernene A. Allen for $250,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $7,174.06. This is 2.87% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 60 properties sold in Oswego.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dale G. Allen has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Jernene A. Allen has been registered to vote since 2005.
