The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1008 Plaintain Drive, Joliet was sold on Feb. 22 by Christopher Anthony and Kristin K. Richards for $340,000. The buyers were Kofi Osei and Ernestina Osei Nyarko.

This home last sold for $232,000 on April 12, 2016.

So far in February 2022, nine properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christopher Anthony Richards has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1008 Plaintain Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Anthony Richards, 38, and Kristin K. Klimczak, 39.
