On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Yorkville High School standouts Kyle Mack and Ryan Buck’s current college team, the Aurora Spartans, lost 19-8 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Illinois Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Anderson Ravens.
