Yorkville taxpayers ranked 100th in total sales taxes paid per municipality in December 2024, according to Illinois tax records.

In total, Yorkville residents paid $940,420 in sales taxes during December 2024.

Yorkville ranked 95th in the Prairie State the month before, with $1.1 million spent in sales taxes.

The Municipal Sales Tax accounted for the largest share of sales taxes paid by Yorkville residents in December 2024.
