Kendall County Forest Preserve District Commission met March 5.

Here is the minutes provided by the commission:

I. Call to Order

President Gilmour called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm in the Kendall County Board Room.

II. Pledge of Allegiance

All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

III. Invocation

Commissioner Prochaska offered an invocation for the meeting.

IV. Roll Call

Commissioners Cesich, Flowers, Giles, Gryder, Hendrix, Kellogg, Prochaska, Purcell, Vickers, and Gilmour all were present.

V. Approval of Agenda

Commissioner Hendrix made a motion to approve the Commission meeting agenda as presented.

Seconded by Commissioner Flowers. Aye, all. Opposed, none.

VI. Citizens to Be Heard

There were no citizens to be heard.

VII. Approval of Claims for an Amount Not-to-Exceed $6,090.77

Commissioner Hendrix made a motion to approve claims not-to-exceed $6,090.77. Seconded by Commissioner Cesich.

Commissioner Hendrix made a motion to approve the Finance Committee meeting minutes of February 6, 2019; and the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of February 13, 2019.

Seconded by Commissioner Flowers. Aye, all. Opposed, none.

IX. MOTION: Approval of Farm License Agreement #19-03-001 with Kyle

Connell of Morris, Illinois for the Production of Hay at Bakers Woods Forest Preserve

Director Guritz presented farm license agreement #19-03-001. It is the same agreement as the prior year.

Commissioner Hendrix made a motion to approve the farm license agreement #19-03-001 with Kyle Connell of Morris, Illinois for the Production of Hay at Baker Woods Forest Preserve. Seconded by

Commissioner Flowers.
