Kendall County Board of Review met July 11.

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on July 11, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk. Gary Popp was absent.
Motion to approve agenda by David Zielke and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
Motion to approve the minutes from June 27, 2023, by David Zielke and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
No public comments.
Signed Certificates of Error.
Received applications for Total Exempt Status from Illinois Department of Transportation. Motion to forward to Department of Revenue by David Zielke and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
Reviewed postage meter report. No mail sent.
Reviewed the budget report. Have used 42.2% of the budget.
Discussed 2022 PTAB cases for Buonaiuto, LeRette and Menard. Also, discussed 2019 PTAB case for Martin. Board of Review is willing to possibly split the cost of an appraisal with School District 308, for the Menard Store in Montgomery. Motion to forward to PTAB by David Zielke and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
Next meeting scheduled are for August 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
