The Board of Review meeting was called to order on January 16, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk.
Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.

Motion to approve minutes from December 19, 2023 by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Signed Requests for change.
Hold hearing for LICM-0001, LICM-0002 & LICM-0003. This was rescheduled from a prior date.
Reviewed other appeals that were tabled from prior dates.
Reviewed the postage report. Mailed 110 pieces at a cost of $91.50.
No applications for Total Exempt Status.
Reviewed budget report, have used 87.6% of the 2023 budget.
Reviewed PTAB decisions that were received for Kurti, Petrella, Brummerstedt, Patel and Vandenbosch.
Next meeting scheduled are for January 24, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
