I. Roll Call:
Present: Mayor Robert O'Dekirk, Councilman Don "Duck" Dickinson, Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, Councilman John E. Gerl, Councilman Larry E. Hug, Councilman Terry Morris, Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, Councilman Michael F. Turk.
Absent: None.
Also Present: Interim City Manager Martin J. Shanahan, Jr., Acting Corporation Counsel Chris Regis.
II. Closed Session to discuss the following subject: Personnel: The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific City employees (5 ILCS 5/120/2(c)(1))
Motion to enter closed session to discuss personnel after which the meeting will be adjourned was made by Councilman Don "Duck" Dickinson.
Motion seconded by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman.
Motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilman Don "Duck" Dickinson, Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, Councilman John E. Gerl, Councilman Larry E. Hug, Councilman Terry Morris, Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, Councilman Michael F. Turk
Nays: None
Abstain: Mayor Robert O'Dekirk
