City of Sandwich Finance Committee met July 17.

Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm
Roll call was taken:
Present: City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Dell, Killey & Robinson
Also present were Aldermen Chmielewski, Kelleher & O’Sullivan
Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Alderman Dell, and seconded by Alderwoman Killey, to approve minutes for May 5, 2017; June 5 & 19, 2017; and July 3, 2017. Aye: Aldermen Dell, Killey and Robinson Nay:0 Motion carried 3:0
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, July 24th, 2017.
Question was raised if the invoice for the purchase of 2 digital phones was for City Hall. After review of the invoice, the phones were for the sewer department and repair to phones in the engineering department.

There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Robinson and seconded by Alderman Dell to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 7:50 pm. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
