Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by County Board Vice Chair Committee Chair

Approval of Agenda – Motion made by Member Hendrix, second by Member Cullick to approve
the agenda. With seven members voting aye, the agenda was approved.
Committee Business
Health Insurance Broker Presentations were made by Jim Pajauskas and Jodi Crable from CBIZ, Michael
Mackey and Wendy Williams from Alliant/Mesirow, by Catherine Loney and Jennifer Stuckey from
GCG, and by Joe Roberts from First Insurance Group. Following each presentation, the Board members
asked questions regarding services available, Areas of Expertise, Administrative Support, Compliance,
Wellness and Well Being approaches, and participating vendors and carriers.

Adjournment - Member Kellogg made a motion to adjourn the meeting, second by Member
Prochaska. With eight members voting aye, the meeting was adjourned at 7:43p.m.
