Plano Community Unit School District 88 Board met April 25.

I Call To Order:
President Campbell called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present for roll call were Campbell, Jernigan, Klatt, Martinez, Velazquez, Waldrop and Ward. Also present was Superintendent candidate Mr. Tony Baker. There were no media representatives present. President Campbell was secretary pro tem.
Ii Executive Session:
Martinez moved, and Klatt seconded the motion, to go into executive session at 6:01 p.m. to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or of specific employees of the District (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1). Voting aye: Martinez, Klatt, Campbell, Jernigan, Velazquez, Waldrop and Ward. Motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. Martinez moved, and Klatt seconded the motion, to come out of executive session at 8:30 p.m. Voting aye: Martinez, Klatt, Campbell, Jernigan, Velazquez, Waldrop and Ward. Motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.
Iii Adjournment:
Klatt moved, and Ward seconded the motion, to adjourn the meeting at 8:31 p.m. Voting aye: Klatt, Ward, Campbell, Jernigan, Martinez, Velazquez and Waldrop. Motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.
