Kendall County Highway Department Committee met April 10.

The Board of Review meeting was called to order on April 10, 2018 at 10:00 am. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp, and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk. David Zielke was absent.
Motion to amend the agenda and remove letters “A” & “C” by Gary Popp and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried. Motion to approve the agenda as amended by Gary Popp and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
No public comments.
Motion to approve the minutes from March 27, 2018 by Gary Popp and seconded by Pam Gegenheimer, motion carried.
Signed Stipulation forms for 2013, 2014 and 2015 for Wilson PTAB cases. Signed Stipulation for the Oswego Target 2016 PTAB. Discussed Lodestro 2016 PTAB. Also signed Stipulation for the Yorkville Target 2016 PTAB.
Board of Review Rules & Complaint forms, will discuss any changes at next meeting.
Next meeting scheduled for April 24, 2018 at 10:00 am.
