Oswego Publict Library issued the following announcement on July 9.

Learn how to identify and control pesky invasive non-native plants and how to replace them. Several species which can cause extensive damage include plants such as garlic mustard, buckthorn, honeysuckle and phragmities.
Who should attend: landowners, public and commercial maintenance staff, local officials, anyone with an interest in nature.
