Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 23.
Goodwill is excited to announce that we will be hosting our first ever Community Day event on September 13 in each of our 69 Goodwill Store & Donation Centers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago.
We’re hoping that you’ll be able to join us that morning from 8am to 9am for a tour, light refreshments, the opportunity to learn more about Goodwill’s impact in our local community and to network with other community leaders and partners. As an organization we understand that families thrive and communities are stronger when we are all connected.
Stay tuned for more information closer to the event, but for now, we hope you’ll mark your calendars for September 13.
