Yorkville Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 24.
Family Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Cacello has joined Morris Hospital’s healthcare centers in Morris and Mazon.
Cacello is teaming up with Dr. Charles Comfort, internal medicine, and Courtney Kelly, physician assistant, internal medicine, as the practice’s primary care providers. They care for patients at the Morris Healthcare Center of Morris Hospital, 1345 N. Edwards St., Morris, and at the Mazon Healthcare Center of Morris Hospital, 522 Depot St., Mazon.
As a family nurse practitioner, Cacello is qualified to serve as the primary health care provider for patients of all ages. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate, allowing her to order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose disease, provide appropriate treatments, and prescribe medications.
