Kendall County Juvenile Justice Council Scholarship Committee met January 29. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the committee:

I. Call to order


II. Roll call

      Members: Ryan Phelps, Arissa Wallis, Michelle Senffner, JoAnne Britton, Carlo Colosimo, Tracy LaMon, Courtney Transier

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting (April 9, 2018)

IV. New business

      a) Discuss eligibility requirements for scholarships

      b) Vote on eligibility requirements for scholarships

      c) Vote on how to decide the winners of the scholarships

      d) Vote on when the scholarship application will be released

      e) Vote on deadline for submitting the application

      f) Vote on date for press releases

      g) Vote on locations to distribute the press releases

      h) Discuss criteria for scholarships

      i) Vote on criteria for awarding scholarships

      j) Discuss application and instruction form for scholarship

      k) Vote on application and instruction form for scholarship

      l) Vote on the form and language of the press release

      m) Discuss the presentation of the scholarships and announcement of winners

      n) Vote on date and location when and where scholarships will be awarded

      o) Vote on who will present the scholarships

      p) Discuss the certificate that should be awarded for the scholarship winners.
