      d) Authorize the Kendall County Juvenile Justice Council Scholarship Committee to approve individual expenditures within the budgetary parameters approved by the Kendall County Juvenile Justice Board of Directors in Agenda Item #a) above and to submit such approved expenditures through the Kendall County voucher system.
