Oswegoland Park District issued the following announcement on May 13.
Are you too young to be a lifeguard? Become part of our Junior Lifeguard Program. Participants will receive instruction in water safety, water exercise, teamwork, leadership skills, basic work skills, life-guarding rescue skills, first aid, and CPR. Upon successfully completing the course participants will be invited to compete in the Illinois Park and Recreation Junior Lifeguard Games.
