Illinois State House District 75 issued the following announcement on July 18
State Rep. David Allen Welter received the “Friend of Infrastructure” award from the Transportation for Illinois Coalition held at the Tri-State Asphalt, LLC in Morris on Thursday. The award was given in recognition of Rep. Welter’s support for investing in repairing and strengthening Illinois’ vast network of roads and bridges.
