City of Yorkville issued the following announcement on July 19.
IDOT has provided the City with the following updates:
Route 34 Project East (towards Oswego) - IDOT officials expect the project to be completed mid-September, weather dependent.
Route 34 Project West (towards Plano) - The contract on the project ends in September 2020. IDOT reported that the contractor is currently ahead of schedule.
Route 71 East (towards Oswego) - IDOT expects the project to be completed in 2021.
