Oswegoland Park District issued the following announcement on July 27.
Indoor Cycling is an effective, efficient, and completely accessible form of exercise. In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn how to customize your bike set-up, proper riding form and positioning, and how to use our Keiser M3i’s computer technology and Bluetooth so that you can track your individual progress class by class. Walk into your next cycling class confident and ready to ride! Please wear comfortable athletic shoes and bring water to class.
Age: 16 and up
