Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
The Building & Grounds Committee meeting was called to order by Superintendent Smith at 5:07 pm. Board members Chapman, Fetcher, Friestad, Jacobs, and Smith were in attendance.
Visitors: Brian Scully and Kirk English
The Building & Grounds Committee discussed the construction bids and all options available. See attached paper work for further information.
The Building & Grounds Committee meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
