a. Approval of an Amendment to Petition 19-31 by Adding Adult Use Cannabis Cultivation Center and Medical Cannabis Cultivation Center to the List of Special Uses in the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District with the Same Conditions as Found in the M-1 and M-2 Zoning Districts for These Uses

b. Approval of an Amendment to Petition 19-31 by Removing Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization, Medical Cannabis Dispensing Organization, Adult-Use Cannabis Infuser Organization, and Adult Use Cannabis Processing Organization from the List of Special Uses in the B-3 Highway Business District and Removing Contradictory Language in the Proposal Caused by this Removal

i.
