Request: Stormwater Management Variance
Location: Pickerill Pigot Forest Preserve (6350 Minkler Road)
PIN: 05-01-300-004, 05-02-400-029, 05-02-400-030, 05-02-200-007,05-02-200-003 and 05-02-200-006
Purpose: Request for approval of a Variance to Section 203.1 of the Kendall County Stormwater Management Ordinance Regarding Applicability of Site Runoff Storage Requirements. The Petitioner is Requesting that the Required 0.18 AcreFeet Site Runoff Storage Requirement for the Proposed Forest Preserve Development be Varied in an Effort to Save Valuable Environmental Resources Including Native Trees
