Kick start your New Year fitness routine by attending our Winter Preview! Here’s your chance to try multiple class formats, meet our instructors, and let us help you achieve your fitness goals in 2020. Participants are welcome to come for one class or stay for them all!
9:00AM: Cross-HIIT
9:30AM: STRONG30 & POUND
10:00AM: Strength Training
10:30AM: Yoga (Bring a towel)
