Minooka (Kendall County) home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Minooka in Kendall County rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $186,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Minooka in the first half of 2018.
