Plano home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Plano fell by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 74.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 3% decrease over the $158,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Plano in the fourth quarter of 2018.
