Aurora (Kendall County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Aurora in Kendall County fell by $66,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 25.7% decrease over the $259,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Aurora in the second quarter of 2018.
