Bristol home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Bristol rose by $46,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 25.3% increase over the $182,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bristol in the second quarter of 2018.
