In an age of climate change, urbanization, increasingly frequent and intense storms and prolonged drought, how can we plan and design stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the future?
This half-day seminar will kick off with a keynote address by Dr. Momcilo Markus, hydrologist with the Illinois State Water Survey, and then break into two tracks, one focused on policy, funding and communication and the other looking at the technical aspects of BMPs, their implementation and applicability.
Join us February 27th, 8am to Noon, at Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn for this morning of technical learning.
There will be plenty of time to network and catch up with peers in the field as well!
