State Representative Mark Batinick (R-Plainfield) recently discussed options for opening up Illinois with WGN. The Representative has advocated for a common sense approach to safely open up communities which would include the responsible re-opening of hospital systems, essential retail operations resuming online or curbside pick-up and the re-opening of state parks.
