City of Elgin issued the following announcement on June 10.
Simple Recycling curbside textile recycling service (the orange bag program) resumes collections the week of June 8. Gather those clothes, shoes and other acceptable items, place them in the orange Simple Recycling bags and then at your curb by 6:00 a.m. on your regular garbage day.
