Rep. Welter, Coroner Callahan and Morris Police to host drive-through Prescription Rx Drop Off on August 4
State Representative David Allen Welter (R-Morris) and Grundy County Coroner John W. Callahan are hosting a free, drive-through prescription drug drop off event with the Morris Police Department on Tuesday, August 4.
Grundy County residents are invited to drop off expired or unused medications to be properly disposed of. Accepted items that residents may drop off include prescription medications, prescription ointments and patches, vitamins and pet medicines. Restricted items include hypodermic needles and illegal drugs.

TIME: 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
LOCATION: Morris Police Department Parking Lot
200 E. Chapin Street, Morris
Guests will not have to leave their car. Follow the marked lanes into the parking lot and drop your items into a collection bin. The Coroner’s Office will safely dispose of all items collected during the drop off.
