City of Sandwich City Council met July 20.

Mayor Robinson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Mayor Robinson, City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Chmielewski, Dell, Killey, Kreinbrink, Redden & Surratt
Also present: Department of Public Works Horak, Chief Bianchi & EMA Director Ciciora
Absent: Alderman Kelleher
Formal Rejection of Bids: Mayor Robinson requested a motion to formally reject bids from October 9, 2019 on the Gletty Road Cleanup Project from Thomas Gravel & Excavation and Wilkinson Excavating.
So moved by Alderman Dell, and seconded by Alderwoman Chmielewski. Aye: Aldermen Chmielewski, Dell, Killey, Kreinbrink, Redden & Robinson Nay: Alderman Surrant Motion carried 6:1

Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Council, motion made by Alderman Surratt and seconded by Alderman Dell to adjourn the Special Council meeting at 7:04 PM. Motion carried unanimously by viva voce vote.
