Topic to be addressed: Motion for the approval of service contract with Midwestern Concrete to complete Gletty Road Project and other sidewalk repairs. City Council may also move to waive the bid provisions of 65 ILCS 5/1-1-1 et seq. to authorize the contract by a vote of two-thirds of all aldermen then holding office. The potential contract amount exceeds $25,000.00.
