Please note speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

PETITION 2020-31: A Variation to reduce the rear yard setback from 25’ to 21’ in order to construct a 13’ X 12’ sunroom off the rear of the home, located at 2310 Messines Ridge Court.

PETITION 2020-32: A Variation on the maximum height of a proposed garage from the allowable 20’ height to 21’ 4” and increase the maximum allowable wall height of a garage from 10’ to 19’ 9”, located at 414 Cowles Avenue

PETITION 2020-33: A Special Use Permit to allow an indoor and outdoor storage facility, located at 1801 W. Jefferson Street.

PETITION 2020-34: A Special Use Permit to allow a truck terminal, located at 3350 Channahon Road.
