Rep. David Welter (R-Morris) is honored to accept the “Friend of Agriculture” award from the Illinois Farm Bureau. Farmers and farm families are the backbone of Illinois’ agricultural economy. Rep. Welter would like to express his appreciation to the members and leadership of the Farm Bureau for this award in recognition of his consistent voting record in support of Illinois’ ag industry.
