Plano Area Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
On Friday, Mayor Harry LaRosiliere (2019 Citizen of the Year) was the first to congratulate the 2020 Citizen of the Year Jeri Chambers. This surprise announcement included a socially distant parade of previous Citizens of the Year, decorations, and plenty of cheers. Details of the 2020 Best of Plano Awards ceremony coming soon!
