c) Ordinance Abating the Tax Heretofore Levied for the Year 2020 to Pay the Principal of and Interest on the $27,105,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2016, Dated June 8, 2016 of the Village of Oswego, Kendall and Will County, Illinois.

d) Ordinance Abating the Tax Heretofore Levied for the Year 2020 to Pay the Principal of and Interest on the $5,070,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2017, Dated July 25, 2017 of the Village of Oswego, Kendall and Will County, Illinois.
