City of Sandwich Finance Committee City Council met Oct. 5.

Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:43 PM.
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell, Killey & Kreinbrink
Also Present: City Clerk Ii & WSPY Correspondent Jim Wyman
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills were reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Meeting of October 12th, 2020.
Old Business: Alderman Kreinbrink explained that he still needs to meet with Engineer Horak on additional input for the proposed purchasing policy before presenting to the Council for review.
City Clerk Ii told the Committee that she was able to negotiate a lesser fee for the 1st Supplemental to the Municipal Code. Original quotet was $7,150.00, and she was able to lower the cost to $5,706.00. She had advised Municode to proceed with the supplemental request.
New Business: None
Audience Comments: WSPY Correspondent, Jim Wyman, questioned the Clean Soils report from the Gletty Road cleanup project.
Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Dell, and seconded by Alderwoman Killey, to adjourn at 8:57 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
