City of Plano issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
The City of Plano and Plano Police Department are in the stages of planning of a mass vaccination clinic that will tentatively be held on April 5th, 2021 and the volunteer hours would be from 7am until 4pm. In order for this event to be a success we are in need of volunteers for this event or future events if this date does not come to fruition. If you would be willing to volunteer your time on this date or a future date, please contact Lt. Allison at nallison@planopoliceil.org with your name and best contact number. If you have volunteered before that would be helpful to know as well so we can assign you to a volunteer position accordingly. Once again, these events could not be possible without the help of our community so thank you to anyone who decides to commit their time to these events.
