      4.1. Seeking a motion to amend the First Partial GMP amendment to combine the First Partial GMP with the Second Partial GMP amendment to establish a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price with Leopardo Companies for the amount of $2,319,484 for the Boulder Point Renovation project.

      4.2. Seeking a motion to authorize Leopardo to enter into subcontractor agreements with the subcontractors listed in Exhibit E: Combined First and Second Partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for the amount of $1,562,962 for the Boulder Point Renovation project.
