First United Methodist Church Plano issued the following announcement on July 30
The American Legion Riders Post #181 from Sandwich participated in a birthday celebration that included a large parade for a young man named Brian on July 18. Local police cars, numerous bikers, and friends in other vehicles were in the parade. American Legion Riders from Sandwich that participated in the celebration included Henry Herbst, Juan and Connie Jaquez, Bob and Sandy Lawrence, Gil and Sheila Gonzalez, Lisa McFarland, and Jon Dewitz.
